Campsite entrance
Entrance and exit barrier operating from 7 am to 11 pm. On arrival, you will be given your own code. You must not give it to anyone else. Type in your code when entering or leaving the campsite, even if the barrier is already open or if a customer opened it before you. It works as a loop system, and if there is no entrance, it is not possible to exit. In the event of difficulties outside opening hours, there is an emergency contact number on the back of your map.
Bread deliveries, pastries and breakfast every morning from 8.30 in off-season at reception and from 8 in high season at the bar. Remember to order the day before. Off-season before 6 pm at reception, and in high season before 7 pm at the Bar, from 06/04/2024 to 29/09/2024. Our pastries and bread are made and delivered by the Banette bakery in PARCEY. Don't hesitate to check out all the sweet treats on offer to delight the taste buds.
Launderette: washing-machines and tumble-dryers are available in the campsite at sanitary facility 1.

Sanitary facilities
3 sanitary blocks: the 3 sanitary blocks include showers, toilets, hairdryers and a baby-changing area.
Our sanitary facilities are completely free, so there is no need for a bracelet or token.
The sanitary facilities next to the games area also have a children's unit (shower, toilet and wash basin), so that children can be independent. There is also the launderette area mentioned above and the washing-up area.
The blue sanitary facilities next to the swimming pool also have a washing-up area.
The yellow sanitary facilities include a cabin for disabled people. The washing-up area is just a few yards away from the sanitary facilities and is separated from them.
The blue and yellow sanitary facilities are equipped with solar lighting.
RV dump station for campervan or caravan. You can empty your waste water and refill with water. Please note, it is forbidden to wash your vehicle here.
End-of-stay housekeeping: would you prefer not to do the housekeeping at the end of your stay? The housekeeping option is available for €50. Not including washing-up or any breakage.
High-quality disposable sheets for sale: if you want to save on space in your car, you can buy a disposable set of top-quality bed linen for €6 per person. The set includes a flat sheet, pillow-case(s) and a fitted sheet.
Our rentals and other services
Barbecue to rent with charcoal: €5 per meal or €50 a week. Without charcoal: €2.50 per meal or €25 a week.
Fridge rental: campers can rent a small fridge (about 83 cm high with a capacity of 91 L) for €5 a day or €30 a week. €200 deposit required.
Baby kit for rent. The kit includes 1 folding crib with small mattress, 1 high-chair and 1 baby bath for €4 a night
Fishing licences for sale: you can buy fishing licences for the day or for the week. A children's licence for under 12s is also available.
Safety: we have a security guard on the site. He will take care of the safety of you and your family. He will check on the identity of people on the campsite and anyone wanting to enter the premises. In the evening, he will make sure silence is respected after 11 pm.
The speed limit in the campsite is 10 km/h. Failing to respect the speed limit and endangering clients will lead to refusal of access to your car until the end of your stay.
Loudspeakers: you will probably have noticed that there are several loudspeakers in the campsite. They are a way for us to pass on messages more quickly to everyone. We announce the daily activities through the loudspeakers.
Adapter + extension cord deposit: we can provide you with an extension cord and/or an adapter during your stay (deposit required).
Disabled access: the campsite pitches, the reception, bar and snack bar, the activities area and the water park are all accessible in a wheelchair. A disabled-access cabin with toilet, shower and wash basin is available in our sanitary facilities. You can pick up the keys to the cabin from reception.
