Our rate can be changed without notice.
The rate include water, electricity, VAT, access to the pools and activities.
For accommodations it includes the inventory and the gas.
In order to confirm the booking, a deposit is required.
Between the 28th/06 to the 30th/08 our changeover day is sunday. Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. Apart for these period, daily booking is possible.
We do not have changeover day for the pitchs. Check out must be done before noon. If you would like a late check out the rate is the daily rate.
No discount will be applied for an extra day.
Deposit
For accommodations,a deposit of 150 € is required.
We will make an inventory before the departure.Please contact the reception to take an appointment.
We shall refund the deposit at your departure..
Please leave the accommodation as clean as it was at your arrival. If it is not the case, we will charge the fees on the deposit.
Payment conditions
Mobile homes and chalets
In order to confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The total amount is due 4 weeks before your arrival. Any booking done 4 weeks before the arrival must be charged in full. Without the full payment , the booking will be cancelled.
Pitch
In order to confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. No refund will be applied in case of the stay must be shorten.
Rentals and pitchs : All person who will not be registered during reservation will be considered as a visitor and therefore shall pay the acces. Visitors are not allow at the bathing area. Visits are allow as from 8 am to 7 pm, kindly note that reception will be expecting you at the reception at your arrival as well as at your departure.
cancellation
Each rental is nominative and cannot be rented or given away. The booking is confirmed with our agreement. In case of cancellation no refund will be applied and the accommodation will be available 24 hours after the no show.
In case of cancellation we shall charged :
- Cancellation fees.
- As compensation for the cancellation of the contract :
-If the cancellation happen 15 days before the arrival we shall refund 30% of the total amount of the stay
-If the cancellation happen 60 days before the arrival we shall refund the total amount of the stay.
Responsability
Camping Les Bords de Loue cannot be responsible in case of :
- theft, loss or damage during or after a stay.
- breakdown of the equipments of the campsite, in case of the equipments are out of service, breakdown or closing down of the campsite's installation.
Camping Les Bords de Loue retains the right to decide to change the conception or the realisation of the campsite.
Complaints
Any complaints must be expressed to the direction of the campsite in order for us to find a solution. In the absence of your feedback we shall considered that the stay went well.
